
Fish Sticks
Fish sticks are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is loved by both kids and adults. These crispy and golden sticks are made from fish fillets coated in breadcrumbs and seasonings. They can be served as a snack or a Dinner, and they go well with various dipping sauces.
Ingredients :
- 1 pound white fish fillets
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup flour
- Seasoning salt, pepper, preferred spices
- Oil for frying
Directions :
- Cut the fish fillets into stick-like pieces.
- In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with your seasonings.
- Dredge each piece of fish in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the fish sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes each side.
- Place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve warm.
