Fish Sticks

Fish sticks are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is loved by both kids and adults. These crispy and golden sticks are made from fish fillets coated in breadcrumbs and seasonings. They can be served as a snack or a Dinner, and they go well with various dipping sauces.

Ingredients :

  • 1 pound white fish fillets
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • Seasoning salt, pepper, preferred spices
  • Oil for frying

Directions :

  1. Cut the fish fillets into stick-like pieces.
  2. In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with your seasonings.
  3. Dredge each piece of fish in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the fish sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes each side.
  6. Place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve warm.
