Feta Pasta

This baked feta pasta recipe is a winner because it combines the creaminess of feta cheese with the tanginess of tomatoes and the satisfying texture of pasta.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 package feta
  • 2.5 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 14 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon onion flakes
  • 10 leaves fresh basil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Directions :

  1. Prepare some pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Add half the olive oil to a baking dish and place the feta cheese in the middle.
  3. Scatter tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and onion flakes around the cheese, drizzle the remaining oil, and place basil leaves on top.
  4. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 200F.
  5. Remove the baking dish from the oven.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the dish, sprinkle with fresh basil and serve
