Ingredients :
- 4 English muffins split and toasted
- 4 sausage patties
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon butter for cooking

Directions :
- Cook the sausage – In a pan, cook the sausage patties over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- Cook the eggs – In the same pan, melt butter and cook eggs to your preference (fried or scrambled).
