Ingredients :

  • 4 English muffins split and toasted
  • 4 sausage patties
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoon butter for cooking

Directions :

  1. Cook the sausage – In a pan, cook the sausage patties over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
