
Egg White Bites
Egg white bites are soft, fluffy, and full of healthy protein. They’re made with simple ingredients like egg whites, cottage cheese, and a few chopped veggies. You bake them in a muffin tin, and they come out in perfect little portions. These bites are light but filling, making them great for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients :
- 1 cup egg whites or whites from 6–8 eggs
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup diced bell peppers
- ¼ cup shredded cheese cheddar or your favorite
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped spinach mushrooms, onions, cooked turkey or ham
Directions :
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine egg whites, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in bell peppers and shredded cheese.
- Pour the mix into greased or lined muffin tins, filling each about ¾ full.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until set and slightly golden on top.
- Cool slightly before removing. Serve warm or store for later.
