Egg White Bites

Egg white bites are soft, fluffy, and full of healthy protein. They’re made with simple ingredients like egg whites, cottage cheese, and a few chopped veggies. You bake them in a muffin tin, and they come out in perfect little portions. These bites are light but filling, making them great for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup egg whites or whites from 6–8 eggs
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese cheddar or your favorite
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped spinach mushrooms, onions, cooked turkey or ham

Directions :

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine egg whites, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in bell peppers and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the mix into greased or lined muffin tins, filling each about ¾ full.
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until set and slightly golden on top.
  6. Cool slightly before removing. Serve warm or store for later.
