
Cuban Pork
Enjoy a taste of Cuba at home with this authentic and flavorful Cuban Pork recipe. Perfectly marinated, slow-roasted, and full of zest, this dish is sure to impress at any meal.
Ingredients :
- 4 pounds pork shoulder
- 8 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ cup lime juice
- 2 teaspoonscumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions :
- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork shoulder in a large dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the pork, making sure it's fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the pork from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and place it in a roasting pan.
- Roast for about 4 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily pulls apart.
- Let the pork rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with reserved marinade as a sauce.
