Crack Chicken is a creamy, cheesy, and flavorful dish that's incredibly easy to make. It's a comforting combination of chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon, all cooked together to create a dish that's hard to resist.

Ingredients :

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup chicken broth optional, for slow cooker
  • 2 green onions chopped, for garnish

Directions :

  1. Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker or baking dish.
  2. Spread softened cream cheese over the chicken. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly on top.
  3. If using a slow cooker, add chicken broth for extra moisture. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours. For baking, cover the dish with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and mix it into the sauce.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until well combined. Let it cook for a few more minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
