
Cilantro Lime Chicken
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and loaded with fresh flavor! This pan-fried Cilantro Lime Chicken comes together in only 15 minutes, with a simple marinade that brings out all the best citrusy, garlicky goodness.
Ingredients :
- 6 chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- 5 tablespoons olive oil divided
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
Directions :
- Add your chicken to a bowl and top with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, oregano, coriander, garlic, and cilantro.
- Toss the chicken to coat evenly with the mixture.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken thighs to the hot pan and cook for 3-5 minutes to achieve a nice sear.
- Baste the thighs with the excess cilantro lime marinade and flip them to sear on the other side.
