Chicken Stroganoff

Craving a creamy, comforting meal? This Instant Pot recipe whips up chicken stroganoff in no time, giving you tender chicken and rich sauce in 10 minutes.

Ingredients :

  • ½ lb chicken breast diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 8-16 oz mushroom sliced
  • 8 oz noodles
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions :

  1. In a bowl, season the chicken in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dill and mix well.
  2. Add the chicken to the Instant Pot.
  3. Add noodles, mushrooms and chicken stock to the Instant Pot.
  4. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
  5. When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
  6. Mix water with the cornstarch and add it to the Instant Pot.
  7. Add sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce, stir well and let it warm for 2 minutes..
  8. Serve and enjoy
