Ingredients :

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 bell peppers seeded and sliced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

Directions :

  1. Heat a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add a little oil to the pan, followed by the chicken pieces. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, then remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add a bit more oil if necessary, then add the bell peppers. Stir-fry for a couple of minutes until they start to soften.
