Chicken Lazone

Chicken Lazone is a quick and easy dish that's perfect for busy weeknights or when you want something comforting. It features tender chicken breasts cooked in a rich, creamy butter and cream sauce, seasoned with simple spices like garlic powder and paprika.

Ingredients :

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Directions :

  1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and let it melt.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Let it cook for another 5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
