
Chicken Lazone
Chicken Lazone is a quick and easy dish that's perfect for busy weeknights or when you want something comforting. It features tender chicken breasts cooked in a rich, creamy butter and cream sauce, seasoned with simple spices like garlic powder and paprika.
Ingredients :
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Directions :
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and let it melt.
- Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Let it cook for another 5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
