Chia Pudding With Yogurt

Chia pudding with yogurt is a delightful and nutritious dish that combines the goodness of chia seeds with the creamy texture of yogurt. This recipe is incredibly easy to make and requires only a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients :

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or to taste
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Fresh fruits such as berries, mango, or kiwi for topping
  • Optional: nuts granola, coconut flakes for garnish

Directions :

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, Greek yogurt, honey, and almond milk. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until the chia seeds have gelled and the pudding has thickened.
  3. Once set, stir the pudding to check consistency. Adjust with more milk if necessary.
