Ingredients :

  • 1 ½ pound flank steak strips
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ white onion diced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 8 ounces French fries cooked
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 3 avocados ripe
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ lime juice
  • ½ white onion diced

Directions :

  1. Add the steak to a bowl with the onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the steak in the seasonings.
  2. Mash the avocados in a bowl to your desired consistency.
  3. Add the tomato, garlic powder, salt, pepper, lime juice, and onions to the avocado and stir to combine. Set aside.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the onion to the hot pan and saute until they begin to turn opaque.
  6. Stir in the steak and soy sauce. Cook for 4-6 minutes until the steak is browned on all sides and cooked.
  7. Heat the tortillas in a skillet or the oven and build your burritos, beginning with some steak. Next, layer the french fries, guacamole, and cheese.
  8. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly to prevent it from falling apart. Place it on an oiled grill or skillet for 30 seconds - 1 minute on each side, until you have a crispy golden brown crust.
  9. Serve with more guacamole for dipping, and enjoy!
