Buffalo Chicken Cucumber Roll

Ingredients :

  • 3 cucumbers cut into ribbons
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 4 stalks celery julienned
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 4 tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • 4 tablespoons ranch dressing

Directions :

  1. Lay the cucumbers vertically across your sushi mat.
  2. Spread the cream cheese evenly across the cucumber.
