Brown Sugar Pork Chops

These deliciously easy brown sugar pork chops are a flavorful and versatile dish that everyone will love.

Ingredients :

  • 2 pork chops bone-in
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions :

  1. Season your pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add butter to melt in the still-hot skillet, then add red chili flakes, brown sugar, and soy sauce to the butter. Stir to incorporate and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
