
Branzino

Ingredients :
- 2 whole branzino cleaned and descaled
- 2 lemons zested and sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- Fresh herbs rosemary, thyme, parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions :
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat dry.
- Score the skin of the fish on both sides.
- Rub the fish with olive oil, then season both the outside and inside with salt, pepper, and lemon zest
- Stuff the fish cavity with lemon slices, minced garlic, and fresh herbs.
- Place the fish in a baking dish and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
- Allow the fish to rest for a few minutes before serving.
