Blueberry clafoutis is a simple and delicious French dessert that feels like a mix between a pancake and custard. It has a soft, slightly creamy texture with juicy blueberries bursting in every bite. Ingredients :

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter for greasing the pan
  • Powdered sugar for topping

Directions :

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Spread the blueberries evenly in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add flour, salt, vanilla extract, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter over the blueberries.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and set in the middle.
