
Beef Fajitas
Instant Pot Beef Fajitas are quick, colorful, and full of flavor. Perfect Mexican dinner in only 20 minutes.
Ingredients :
- 1 lb Beefsteak sliced
- ¼ cup beef stock
- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 jalapeño minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Directions :
- Press "saute" and add canola oil to the Instant Pot.
- Add onion and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and bell peppers and saute for 2 more minutes.
- Add beef slices, jalapenos, and spices, and cook everything until the onion and the beef are browned.
- Pour beef stock and close the lid.
- Cook at high pressure for about 8 minutes
- When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
- Open the lid and mix a bit.
- Start filling your fajitas with the beef mixture, cheese, salsa and guacamole.
