
Banh Cuon

Ingredients :
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 cups water
- ½ pound ground pork
- ½ cup chopped wood ear mushrooms
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for pan
Directions :
- In a bowl, mix rice flour and water to create a thin batter. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine ground pork, mushrooms, onion, fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with cooking oil.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to create a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until set.
- Add a spoonful of filling onto the cooked rice flour sheet, then gently roll it up.
- Transfer the roll to a plate and cover with a damp cloth. Repeat with the remaining batter and filling.
