
Baked Tilapia in Foil
Who doesn’t love a recipe that’s easy to make and easy to clean up? This foil-baked tilapia keeps things simple while locking in all the juicy, flaky goodness.
Ingredients :
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 fillets tilapia
- 1 white onion chopped
- 1 carrot cut into strips
- 2 green peppers cut into strips
- 1 ear corn cooked and kernels removed.
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
- 4 sprigs fresh oregano
Directions :
- Create your spice mix by combining onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and set aside.
- Place a tilapia fillet on a square of tin foil and top it with some onion, carrot strips, green peppers, corn, fresh lemon wedges, a sprinkle of the seasoning mix, and a sprig of fresh oregano.
- Place the packets on a cookie sheet and bake them for 12 minutes at 300F.
- Serve your healthy baked tilapia in foil, and enjoy!
