Baked Mussels

  • 2 pounds fresh mussels
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • A handful fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Directions :

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Clean and debeard the mussels.
  3. Place the mussels in a baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour the garlic butter over the mussels.
  6. Add the white wine to the dish.
  7. Bake the mussels for about 20 minutes or until they open.
  8. Discard any mussels that do not open.
  9. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the mussels before serving.
