Bacon-wrapped chicken thighs are a simple yet delicious meal that combines crispy, smoky bacon with tender, juicy chicken. The bacon helps keep the chicken moist while adding rich flavor, and a touch of seasoning brings out the best in both.

Ingredients :

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions :

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry and rub the seasoning mix evenly over each piece.
  4. Wrap each chicken thigh with two slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and brush with honey for a slightly sweet glaze.
