Bacon in the Oven
Cooking bacon in the oven is a simple and effective way to achieve perfectly crispy and evenly cooked bacon every time. This method saves you from the mess of stovetop splatters and ensures that each piece of bacon is cooked to perfection.
Ingredients :
- 1 pound bacon
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Directions :
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Lay the bacon slices on the wire rack in a single layer.
- In a small bowl, mix the black pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the bacon slices.
