
Air Fryer Salmon Burger
If you love the idea of adding healthier meals to your recipe repertoire but don't often have the time for a home-cooked meal, then you need to check out this air fryer salmon burger recipe.
Ingredients :
- 1 pound salmon
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup chives
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- ¾ cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 burger buns
- 3-4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2-3 tomatoes sliced
- 6 leaves lettuce
Directions :
- Combine salmon, capers, onion powder, black pepper, garlic powder, chives, parsley, and bread crumbs in a bowl. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Separate your mixture into 6 equal parts and shape them into patties. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and then in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Once the patties are frozen, place them in your air fryer basket, evenly spaced, and give them a light coating of non-stick cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10 minutes at 400F. They are done when they have a light, golden crust.
- Add some Dijon mustard and mayonnaise to the buns, then place your patties on the bun and top with tomato and lettuce.
