Air Fryer Roast Beef

Juicy and flavorful Air Fryer Roast Beef is easy to make! Perfectly cooked with a crispy crust, this tender beef is great for dinner, sandwiches, or salads.

Ingredients :

  • 2 lb beef roast sirloin, top round, or eye of round
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon rosemary dried
  • ½ teaspoon paprika optional

Directions :

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the beef – Pat the roast dry and rub with olive oil.
  3. Season – Mix garlic powder, salt, pepper, rosemary, and paprika. Rub all over the beef.
  4. Air fry – Place the beef in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes, then flip and cook for another 20 minutes.
  5. Check temperature – Use a meat thermometer:
  6. o Rare: 125°F (52°C)
  7. o Medium-rare: 135°F (57°C)
  8. o Medium: 145°F (63°C)
  9. o Well-done: 160°F (71°C)
  10. Rest and slice – Let the beef rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  11. Serve hot with your favorite sides or store for later.
