
Air Fryer Roast Beef
Juicy and flavorful Air Fryer Roast Beef is easy to make! Perfectly cooked with a crispy crust, this tender beef is great for dinner, sandwiches, or salads.
Ingredients :
- 2 lb beef roast sirloin, top round, or eye of round
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon rosemary dried
- ½ teaspoon paprika optional
Directions :
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the beef – Pat the roast dry and rub with olive oil.
- Season – Mix garlic powder, salt, pepper, rosemary, and paprika. Rub all over the beef.
- Air fry – Place the beef in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes, then flip and cook for another 20 minutes.
- Check temperature – Use a meat thermometer:
- o Rare: 125°F (52°C)
- o Medium-rare: 135°F (57°C)
- o Medium: 145°F (63°C)
- o Well-done: 160°F (71°C)
- Rest and slice – Let the beef rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides or store for later.
