With just 3 ingredients, you can make this deliciously tender air fryer pulled pork recipe to use in tacos, sandwiches, and pasta
Ingredients :
1 pound pork shoulder or pork butt roast
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons pork loin seasoning
Directions :
Mix the olive oil and your favorite pork seasoning together in a small bowl to create a dry rub. Rub the dry rub mixture all over the pork, covering it completely.
Place the pork in the air fryer basket, ensuring it's not too crowded, and air fry at 350F for 60 minutes.
Cook until the pork has reached an internal temperature of 145F and has a nice crust on the outside.
Remove the pork from the air fryer to rest for a few minutes. Then, shred the pork using two forks.
Serve on a bun, in tacos, or on a salad and enjoy!
