Ingredients :

  • ½ pound russet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon chives for serving

Directions :

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes and then grate them.
  2. Transfer potatoes to a small bowl lined with a kitchen towel to drain excess water from the potato. Failure to remove this water will lead to a soggy rosti.
  3. Once the excess water has been removed, place the potatoes in a bowl, add salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix.
  4. Spray cooking spray into a baking dish. Preheat the air fryer to 400F for 5 minutes.
