
Air Fryer Potato Rosti

Ingredients :
- ½ pound russet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon chives for serving
Directions :
- Wash and peel the potatoes and then grate them.
- Transfer potatoes to a small bowl lined with a kitchen towel to drain excess water from the potato. Failure to remove this water will lead to a soggy rosti.
- Once the excess water has been removed, place the potatoes in a bowl, add salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix.
- Spray cooking spray into a baking dish. Preheat the air fryer to 400F for 5 minutes.
- Add potato to the baking dish, place it in the air fryer, and air fryer for 15 minutes at 350F.
- Remove the completed potato rosti from the air fryer, serve with chives, and enjoy!
