Ingredients :
- 1 1.5 pounds pork loin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Additional spices like paprika or onion powder
Directions :
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and any additional spices to form a paste.
- Pat the pork loin dry with a paper towel and rub the herb paste evenly over it.
- Place the pork loin in the air fryer basket, ensuring it doesn't touch the sides.
- Cook for 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
