Ingredients :

  • 1 1.5 pounds pork loin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Additional spices like paprika or onion powder

Directions :

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and any additional spices to form a paste.
  3. Pat the pork loin dry with a paper towel and rub the herb paste evenly over it.
