Air Fryer Frittata
Air Fryer Frittata is a quick and easy way to make a delicious, protein-packed meal. This fluffy egg dish is loaded with cheese and vegetables, making it perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner. Ingredients :
- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ½ cup bell peppers chopped
- ¼ cup onions chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing
Directions :
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
