
Air Fryer Flounder

Ingredients :
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup panko breading
- 3 egg yolks beaten
- 4 flounder fillets
Directions :
- Add flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, thyme, and garlic powder to a plate. Stir to combine.
- Add panko breading to a second plate and egg yolks in a separate bowl.
- Dredge your fish fillet in the flour mixture, followed by the eggs and, finally, the panko breading. Repeat the process with each fillet.
- Place your fillet in the air fryer basket and cover it with a light coat of cooking spray.
- Air fry for 5 minutes at 400F. Flip the fillet, coat it with more cooking spray, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite side dish, and enjoy!
