If you're looking for a simple, flavor-packed meal that feels fancy but takes minimal effort, this creamy salmon pasta is the answer.

Ingredients :

  • 2 cod fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Directions :

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Pat cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the cod with olive oil, then coat with the seasoning mix.
  5. Press the fillets into breadcrumbs, coating both sides.
  6. Place the cod in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 9–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and flaky.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges and parsley if desired.
