
Air Fryer Carrots and Potatoes
These quick and easy air fryer carrots and potatoes make a delicious and healthy side dish for any meal.
Ingredients :
- 1 pound carrots
- 1 pound potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- ½ tablespoon pepper
Directions :
- Peel and cut carrots into slices.
- Wash and cut potatoes into pieces roughly the same size as your carrots.
- In a large bowl, combine your potatoes and carrots, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add your carrots and potatoes to your air fryer basket and brown them at 360F for 12 minutes.
- While they are browning, combine seasonings in a small bowl.
- Once the carrots and potatoes have completed cooking, remove them from the air fryer and coat in the seasonings and remaining olive oil.
- Put them back in the air fryer to cook at 320F for an additional 8 minutes.
- Remove them from the air fryer, serve while hot, and enjoy!
