Air Fryer Apple Cake

Is there anyone who doesn't enjoy the mouthwatering aroma of freshly baked apples wafting through your kitchen? With this amazing air fryer apple cake recipe, not only do you get that wonderful aroma, but you also get the wholesome goodness of juicy apples, warm spices, and a tender crust. All that in only 25 minutes total.

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup apples peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup icing sugar optional

Directions :

  1. In a large bowl, add brown sugar and eggs. Whisk to combine.
  2. Slowly whisk in flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until combined. Your batter should be smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold your chopped apples into the batter until evenly distributed.
  4. Coat your cake pan with cooking spray and pour the batter into it. Give your pan a few taps to eliminate air bubbles and settle your batter evenly.
  5. Place the cake pan directly into the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes at 320F.
  6. Remove your cake from the air fryer. It should have a golden-brown crust. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then give it a dusting of icing sugar if you want.
