
Jambalaya

Ingredients :
- 1 lb. smoked sausage chopped
- 1 can red bean
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 stick of celery chopped
- ⅛ cup parsley chopped
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 ½ cup long grain white rice
- Creole seasoning to taste
Directions :
- Press "saute", add the sausage and saute for 5 minutes.
- Take out the sausage and place aside.
- Add olive oil, onions, bell pepper, celery, and parsley and saute for a 3 minutes.
- Add the garlic and saute for 2 more minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (including the sausage) and stir well.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
- When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
- Open the lid and serve
