Baked Ziti

Classic comfort food of baked ziti pasta with a gooey and yummy cheesy texture. One-pot meal in only 11 minutes.

Ingredients :

  • 2 cup baby spinach roughly chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cup water
  • ¾ tablespoon kosher salt
  • 10 oz ziti pasta
  • 2 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup skim ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup Pecorino Romano cheese
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • chopped parsley for serving, optional

Directions :

  1. Press saute and add olive oil.
  2. Add garlic and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add water, salt, spinach, pasta and marinara sauce and close the lid.
  4. Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
  5. When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
  6. Open the lid and add skim ricotta, Pecorino Romano and mozzarella and stir well.
  7. Close the lid and wait 4 minutes until the cheese melts.
  8. Open the lid, garnish with parsley and serve
