Air Fryer Omelette

Ingredients :

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese any kind
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onions optional
  • 1 tablespoon chopped spinach optional
  • 1 teaspoon oil or butter for greasing

Directions :

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chopped bell peppers, onions, spinach, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
  4. Grease a small oven-safe dish or pan that fits in your air fryer.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the greased dish.
  6. Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until the eggs are set and cooked through.
  7. Let it cool for 1-2 minutes, slice, and serve.
