Ingredients :
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
- ¼ cup shredded cheese any kind
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped onions optional
- 1 tablespoon chopped spinach optional
- 1 teaspoon oil or butter for greasing
Directions :
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add chopped bell peppers, onions, spinach, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
- Grease a small oven-safe dish or pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Pour the egg mixture into the greased dish.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until the eggs are set and cooked through.
- Let it cool for 1-2 minutes, slice, and serve.
